Switching and Returning Policies:

1 - The replacement of the goods must be within 15 days from the date of purchase in the event that the goods are not received and the original invoice is brought.

2 - That the return of the goods be within 15 days from the date of purchase in the event that the goods are not received with the original invoice.

3- For health reasons, consumer protection, and public health, the establishment reserves against accepting the replacement or retrieval of the goods for mattresses and pillows, according to what the nature of this goods requires in terms of health.

With a deposit:

1- Reservation cannot be made for a period exceeding 15 days, except with the knowledge of the administration and the official approval of the invoice.

2- In the event that the customer exceeds the duration of the reservation, 10% of the invoice value will be deducted from the customer to contact the seller in the event that an extension is requested.

Displayed:

1 - In case of purchasing an exhibited item, please check it carefully before removing it from the exhibition.

2 - The offered item will be received in a maximum period of one week.

Delivery and installation:

1- We strive to be as quickly as possible, but in the event of any delay due to Unexpected circumstances, you will be notified by phone.

2- Delivery for the first time only for free in the event that the customer does not meet the agreed date On it, delivery charges will be added.

3- In the event of an amount due on the invoice (bill in the account), it must be paid in full upon delivery and before installation.

4- Additional fees for remote areas delivery. 5- The customer must prepare the place for the new goods before its arrival, in the event that the customer wants to prepare the place through us, this will be done with additional fees on the customer. Note : Be sure to know the measurements of your place and the piece before purchasing, to avoid error of the measurements when installed, as it cannot be retrieved or exchanged after installation.
